Privacy Policy

This document is provided under Polish and EU (GDPR) law. The Polish-language version (Polityka prywatności) is the legally binding text; this translation is provided for convenience.

§1. Data controller

1.1. The data controller is FutureCreate Daniel Piasecki, ul. Rzeczna 1, 64-234 Mochy, Poland, NIP (Tax ID): 9231514985, REGON: 411440287 (the “Controller”).

§2. What data we process

2.1. In connection with using the Minecraft server, we process: your Minecraft username and account identifier (UUID), the IP address used to connect to the server, and chat messages on the server and Discord to the extent necessary for moderation.

2.2. In connection with purchases made in the shop, we process: transaction data (amount, date, payment method chosen) and confirmation data provided by external payment providers. The Controller does not store payment card data - it is handled exclusively by the payment providers (HotPay, DPay, PayByLink, PayPal, Paysafe).

2.3. In connection with contact via email or Discord, we process: your email address or Discord identifier and the content of your message.

2.4. The Boxhunt.PL website does not use tracking or analytics cookies. The only automatic third-party request made from your browser is a query to the mcsrvstat.us service for the current server status, which does not transmit any personal data.

3.1. Data is processed to: provide gameplay on the server, moderate and ensure player safety, fulfill shop purchases, and handle support requests and complaints.

3.2. The legal basis for processing is performance of a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), the Controller’s legitimate interest in server moderation and security (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR), and legal obligations related to accounting (Art. 6(1)(c) GDPR).

§4. Recipients of data

4.1. Data may be shared with: external payment providers to the extent necessary to complete a transaction, the Discord platform in connection with operating the Boxhunt.PL Discord server (subject to Discord Inc.’s own privacy policy), and hosting and technical service providers for the server and website.

§5. Data retention

5.1. In-game account data is retained for as long as you use the server, and for as long as necessary for moderation and security purposes.

5.2. Transaction data is retained for the period required by tax and accounting law (up to 5 years).

5.3. Support requests and correspondence are retained for as long as necessary to resolve the matter, and no longer than 12 months after it is closed.

§6. Your rights

6.1. You have the right to: access your data, rectify your data, erase your data, restrict processing, data portability, and object to processing.

6.2. To exercise any of these rights, contact the Controller at kontakt@futurecreate.pl.

6.3. You have the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (UODO) in Poland if you believe the processing of your data violates data protection law.

§7. Data security

7.1. The Controller applies appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect processed data against unauthorized access, loss, or destruction.

§8. Final provisions

8.1. This privacy policy may be updated to reflect changes in the law or in how the server and shop operate.

8.2. The current version of this privacy policy is always available on the Boxhunt.PL website.
