Shop Terms

This document governs purchases made in the Boxhunt.PL shop and is provided under Polish law. The Polish-language version (Regulamin sklepu) is the legally binding text; this translation is provided for convenience.

§1. General provisions

1.1. Server - the Boxhunt.PL Minecraft game platform available online to players.

1.2. Online shop - the commercial platform integrated with the Boxhunt.PL website that allows the purchase of digital products.

1.3. Digital product - electronic entitlements, premium features, or add-ons granted to a user’s in-game account.

1.4. Buyer - any natural person, legal entity, or organizational unit making a transaction in the shop.

1.5. Transaction - the process of completing payment for selected digital products through the available payment methods.

1.6. User - any person using the Boxhunt.PL Minecraft server.

1.7. Account suspension - a temporary or permanent restriction of access to the server due to violation of the usage rules.

§2. How the shop operates

2.1. The shop operates automatically - products are delivered immediately after payment is verified.

2.2. All prices are listed in Polish złoty (PLN) and may vary depending on the payment method chosen.

2.3. The shop’s offering may be changed without prior notice.

2.4. Purchasing a product constitutes acceptance of these terms by the buyer.

2.5. Digital products are assigned to the player’s account based on the Minecraft username provided.

§3. Payment methods and fulfillment

3.1. Available payment methods include: bank transfers, BLIK, payment cards, PaySafeCard, Premium SMS, and PayPal.

3.2. Electronic payments are handled by external providers: HotPay, DPay, PayByLink, PayPal (Europe) S.à r.l. et Cie, S.C.A., and Paysafe Prepaid Services Limited.

3.3. Upon successful payment verification, the product is automatically activated on the user’s account.

3.4. If a product fails to activate, keep your proof of payment and contact support at kontakt@futurecreate.pl or via the help center on Discord.

§4. Liability and limitations

4.1. The shop owner is not liable for user errors made when placing an order.

4.2. Suspension of a user’s account for violating the server’s rules does not entitle the user to a refund.

4.3. Digital products are non-refundable and non-exchangeable once activated.

4.4. Copying, distributing, or commercially exploiting the server is prohibited.

§5. Withdrawal from the contract

5.1. Under Article 38(13) of the Polish Consumer Rights Act of 30 May 2014, consumers are not entitled to withdraw from a distance contract where the subject of the contract is a digital product delivered immediately upon conclusion of the contract.

5.2. Accordingly, once a purchase of an automatically-activated digital product is completed, the consumer loses the right to withdraw from the contract.

§6. Complaints and support

6.1. Complaints regarding unfulfilled transactions may be submitted within 30 days of the purchase date.

6.2. Submit complaints to kontakt@futurecreate.pl or via the help center on Discord, including the necessary verification details.

6.3. Complaints are resolved within a maximum of 14 business days.

§8. Final provisions

8.1. These terms take effect on the date of publication and may be updated without prior notice.

8.2. Using the shop constitutes acceptance of the current version of these terms.

8.3. Matters not covered by these terms are governed by Polish law.
