1. How do I join the server?

1.1. Copy the IP boxhunt.pl from the homepage and add it as a server in Minecraft Java Edition.

1.2. We do not currently support Bedrock Edition.

2. I forgot my account password / got hacked

2.1. Open a support ticket with proof of ownership (purchase history, screenshots).

2.2. Staff will never ask for your password - never share it with anyone.

3. How do I get a rank?

3.1. Ranks are available in the shop.

3.2. See the Media Requirements page if you’re a content creator.

4. I want to report a player

4.1. Use the report ticket channel and include evidence (video/screenshots).

4.2. Reports without evidence are unlikely to be actioned.
