Punishment Tariff

1. Cheating and fraud

• Admitting to cheating - 7d ban.
• Logging out during a check - 14d ban.
• Cheat detection - 21d ban.
• Failure to cooperate - 21d ban.
• Exploiting server bugs - 14d ban.
• Using multiple accounts to bypass a ban - 14d ban.
• Falsely accusing another player of cheating - 7d ban.

2. Server security and integrity

• Leaking IP addresses / players’ private data - 30d ban.
• Impersonating staff/administration - 14d ban.
• Threatening to attack the server (DDoS, etc.) - 60d ban.
• Unjustified chargeback / payment fraud - 60d ban.

3. Trading and economy

• Selling items for real money / off-server - 30d ban.
• Selling/trading an account - 14d ban.

4. Building

• Building inappropriate structures (e.g. an inverted hammer) - Ban starting at 24h.

5. Chat behavior

• Spamming chat / flooding - 15m mute.
• Insulting other players - 1h mute.
• Insulting staff - 1h mute.
• Advertising (without Media rank) - 1h mute.
• Hate speech / discrimination (racism, homophobia, etc.) - 7d mute, 14d ban on repeat offense.
• Harassment / persistently bothering another player - 3h mute, 7d ban on repeat offense.

6. Serious offenses (zero tolerance)

• Criminal threats against other players - 60d ban.
• Erotic/sexual content, especially involving or directed at minors - Permanent ban + report to Discord administration/relevant authorities.

7. General notes

• Punishments may be extended for repeated offenses.
• Staff reserve the right to issue an individual punishment - if you’re unsure, ask an administrator.
